IN SILICO ADME-TOX PROFILLING OF SOME BENZIMIDAZOLE ANALOGUES

ABSTRACT

Benzimidazole is a heterocyclic aromatic compound. It is an important pharmacophore that have much application in pharmaceutical chemistry and drug development. It is moiety of choice which possess many pharmacological properties. Within this study we used some new computational tools for predicting absorption, distribution, metabolism, elimination and toxicity. The compound showed that their ProTox-II tool was used to predicts such as hypotoxicity, carcinogenicity, immunotoxicity, mutagenicity, cytotoxicity, toxicity targets and their LD50.
