This article is comprehensive review on Solid lipid Nanoparticles. One can quickly understand the concept of SLN its advantages over other colloidal systems and factors affecting on drug incorporation. Here we also discussed the drug incorporation model along with th formulation and evaluation methods. Applications and marketed products are discussed in brief.
