ABSTRACT
Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in 2019 are increasing day by day world wise around 96,000 positive cases are reported by cases March 05, 2020, around 3300 deaths have been reported by COVID-19 as well as 29 positive cases are reported in india by march 11, 2020. There are many positive cases are identified till now. There is no effective treatment available to treat COVID-19. Hence there is urgent requirement to develop potential therapeutic agents to treat COVID-19. In this study we studied in silico activity of zudovudine and lamuvidine against carona virus by using Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD). The results suggest that zudovudine could be a potential therapeutic agent. Clinical trials still must be to confirm the activity of
zudovudine.
