And the biggest challenge at present is inability to discover a suitable drug or vaccine to eradicate this pandemic due to its complex morphological, immunological and incompletely understood underlying pathophysiological mechanisms. The aim of this review is to put a light on the characteristic pharmacological, microbiological, immunological & pathophysiological spectrum of SARS-CoV2 infection in concern to reach at suitable management therapy.
