Abstract

A REVIEW ON ESTIMATION OF GLICLAZIDE BY RP-HPLC METHODS USING DIFFERENT CHROMATOGRAPHY CONDITIONS

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is compilation of all reported validated methods with chromatographic conditions for reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), used for estimation of Gliclazide in pharmaceutical dosage forms. These methods are performed by using different chromatographic conditions like different Mobile phase, Column, Flow rate, Pump mode, Column Temperature, Wavelength, Injection volume, Run time and Retention Time. These all methods are validated as per the ICH and USP guideline.
