ABSTRACT
Corona Virus measure a family of viruses and belonging to the family Coronaviridae. It is caused by a novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), occurred in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. Since 31 December 2019 and as of 7 June 2020, 246628 laboratory confirmed cases of SARS-COVID-2 infection have been reported and 119293 have been recovered, including 6929 Death have been reported globally. Corona virus have engulfed virion that live around a 120nm (1nm=10-9 meter) in diameter. It is club shaped conjugated protein spikes within the envelope provide the viruses a crown like, or coronal, appearance. Because of crown like
spikes on their surface so named as Corona virus. Corona virus causes respiratory infection including pneumonia, cold, sneezing and coughing while in animal it causes diarrhea and upper respiratory diseases. via airborne droplets Corona virus transmitted human to human or human to animal. It enters in human cell through membrane ACE-2 exopeptidase receptor. WHO and ECDC advised to avoid public place and close contact to infected persons and pet animals.
