ABSTRACT
Cancer is one among the deadliest diseases of this century. Tedious and painful radiotherapy and chemotherapy are administered using many drugs including antitumor antibiotics, which cause tons of side effects. DNA nanorobots function a possible cancer treatment technique which is extremely much safer than other therapies and acts specifically. The present Indian population is 1.29 billion out of which the event of malignant growth is evaluated to be around 2.6 million with quite 9,00,000 new disease tolerant and 6,50,000 disease related passings happening annually . About 70% to 80% of these patient analyzed in leading edge organize bookkeeping without appropriate medications. More than 7% of passing in India are due to different sorts of tumors which increase 8% to 10% of worldwide malignancy mortality. DNA nanobots are said to line a replacement milestone within the development of medical studies. The objective of this bot is to focus on and eliminate cancer cells from the physical body. These bots are made from one strand of DNA folded into the specified shape. This novel idea is going to be actively used within the general public when it passes its first human trial. During this review, we specialise in eliminating cancer cells. Since the bot are often programmed and is capable enough to hold a payload, it also can be wont to cure the other diseases as a secondary target. Creation of nanobots has been under progress already and should come within the general public after an estimated time of 5 years.
