COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF ANTIBACTERIAL EFFICACY OF MEDICINAL PLANTS ON ISOLATES FROM WRIST WATCH

ABSTRACT

Poor hygienic and poor sanitary practice leads to microbial contamination. The contamination occurs by handling, touching, processing in every poor practice. In my present investigation isolates and identification of wrist watch microbes. By the laboratory analysis such as Biochemical test, Blood agar, Mannitol salt agar, Macconkey agar and gram staining. Through to I was isolates Staphylococcus sp. and Klebsiella sp. From wrist watch and my study carried out to analysis antibacterial activity by using medicinal plant (Azadirachta indica), (Ocimum sanctum), (Curcuma longa). .In my studies the medicinal plants extracts were prepared in different concentration like 100%, 75%, 50% & 50%. In my study were conclude good hygienic practice should be product from microbes.
