A REVIEW ON PANCREATIN AND SODIUM TAUROGLYCOCHOLATE IN BULK AND IN PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM

ABSTRACT
Indigestion of food is world wild problem affecting 25 % of adult population. Disease result from overeating or fast eating. Indigestion something results from overeating or eating too fast. Spicy, greasy, and fatty foods also increase the risk of indigestion. Lying down too soon after eating can make it harder to digest food. This increase your risk for abdominal discomfort. A selective and sensitive stability indicating HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of Pancreatin and sodium tauroglycocholate 170 mg of pancreatin and 65 mg of sodium tauroglycocholate was dissolved in mobile phase the solution was scanned from 200-400 nm the spectrum was obtained.
