ABSTRACT
Pigmented nevi are uncommon lesions in the oral cavity and were found only in 0.1% of all nevi (King et al, 1967). The size of lesion varies from few mm to cm, affecting most commonly hard palate followed by buccal mucosa. This case report account a unique case of intramucosal nevi presents as an amelanotic fibrotic growth of hard palate.
