ABSTRACT
An extra utérine corneal pregnancy is rare represents 2% of ectopic pregnancies. It is defined by an implantation of the ovular sac at the level of the horn of the uterus (bicornuate, septate, or on the stump of a fallopian tube in a patient having undergone a salpingectomy). The risk of rupture with significant bleeding remains high. Management is poorly codified, often guided by the clinical picture. The treatment is conventionally surgical, often radical by corneal resection, although cases of medical treatment with methotrexate have been described. We are going to report a case of corneal ectopic pregnancy that occurred in a patient who came to the emergency room.
Keywords: Corneal extra utérine pregnancy; diagnostic, treatment.
