THE USE OF PHYTOTHERAPY IN DENTISTRY: REVIEW STUDY

ABSTRACT
Plants medicaments are used in dental practice for managing of different dental diseases. The ordinary plants could proffer an successful substitute to antibiotics and provide a hopeful methods in the prevention and management for different oral diseases. The plants extract produce additional advantage over usual antibiotic management that endure the restriction of" low benefit to high risk" when compared to plants remedies that have high benefit to low-risk ratio. A small number of studies were establish to hold their coherent use in dental practice. This revision was done as a literature review concentrating on research investigating plant medicament and other natural food, in addition to their clinical use in dental practice, because there is an
greater than ever use of phytotherapeutic has been used in dental clinic as endodontic irrigant, anti – inflammatory, analgesic, antibiotic, and sedative additional studies are wanted to asses their safety and efficiency for medical use.
