A REVIEW STUDY ON PREVALANCE AND CLINICAL ETIOLOGY OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AS RISK

ABSTRACT
Acute and Chronic kidney diseases are due to environment pollutants, toxins, infections mainly. Due to various etiological factors and clinical presentation, CKD varies from person to person. The etiology of Chronic Kidney Disease are Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, cardiovascular disease, Diabetic nephropathy, Glomerulonephritis, Nephrosclerosis. Diabetic nephropathy was seen in older male people of stage -3 and 4. Unknown etiology of Chronic Kidney Disease was seen in young and advanced stage people. People with stage-5 are younger than stage-3 and 4. Albuminuria and eGFR prevalence was seen in 9 to11% population. Deaths due to Non-Communicable diseases are about 38%. North zone people are younger with CKD problem than East zone people. In South zone, CKD of unknown cause were more and Glomerulonephritis was less than East zone. The deaths due to renal disease are Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular events. Mortality in renal disease is due to poor treatment plans for Diabetes and Hypertension.
