ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease or immune condition that attacks healthy cells. Psoriasis has many types, one of them in this study is erythrodermic psoriasis, which is a type of psoriasis that almost covers the whole body with a red, peeling, excruciating rash that looks as if a burn has caused it. This study aims to observe that propolis can have the potential to cure psoriasis in white mice. This study consisted of 6 groups, each group consisted of 5 mice, namely group I as a negative control (standard), group II as a positive control, group III was a propolis treatment group given topically, group IV was a propolis treatment group-administered orally, group V is the propolis treatment
group given topically and orally and group VI as a comparison control (hydrocortisone 2.5%). On day 5, measurements were taken to cure psoriasis and histopathology. The results of studies on the measurement of psoriasis healing and histopathology showed the comparison group provided the best results of healing psoriasis, but with thinning epidermal layer.
