RELEATED SUBSTANCE METHOD DEVELOPED AND VALIDATED FOR L-ASPARAGINASE AND VINCRISTINE BY RP-HPLC.

ABSTRACT
A novel, simple and precise RP-HPLC method has been developing for the quantitative analysis of L- Asparaginase and Vincristine using Luna phenyl hexyl 150x4.6mm, 5μ column with a flow rate of 1ml/min. The buffer of 1ml Ortho Phosphoric Acid dissolved in 1lt of water and the mobile phase containing a mixture of 0.1% OPA and Acetonitrile in 70:30 ratio. The detection was carried out at 216nm. Method validation is carried out according to ICH guidelines and the parameters namely precision, accuracy, specificity, stability, robustness, linearity, limit of detection and limit of quantification are evaluated and the values are found to be within the acceptable limit.
