REVIEW STUDY OF STARTING POINT OF DINCHARYA-AWAKING IN BRAHMAMHURTA (PANCHAMRUT VELA)

ABSTRACT
“Early to bed and early to rise give health wealth and wise” is very popular saying. Something like this said in daily regimen of Ayurveda. Daily regimen is nothing it is daily activity like awakening in Brahma muhurta, malotsarga, jihva nirlekhan, anjana, nasya, dhum pan etc which is, begin with getting up from bed till one goes to his bed in the night. These regimens performed to prolong life span. These daily regimens are indicated for maintenance of hygiene, brighten the indriyas, strengthen the body promote the health and longevity; keep the mind at peace and harmony. One desirous of long healthy life should get up in Brahma muhurta. One should analyze about digestion of food taken previous night and get up early morning, look in the mirror and evacuate the natural urges.
