Blood and saliva samples used for Molecular Test, and serum samples used for ELISA test, The results of blood samples showed that the positive rate of the EBV using the RT-PCR was 2 /30 (6.7%), while the control group of healthy people did not appear to be positive. The age group (47-96 months) recorded the highest positive rate of 10%, The results of the current study showed that the percentage of female positive is higher than that of males, (16.7%) in females, while in males (0%), The saliva samples were positive 9/30 (30%)for the group of patients and 4/20 (20%) for the control group.
