Due to changed in lifestyle of human being also creates several disturbance in their biological system, which results to Agnimandya, formation of immature rasa and incomplete metabolized substances after that these all collectively are responsible for formation of Ama. This Ama which is formed due to Agnimandya accumulates in Shleshma-sthanas with the help of Vyana Vayu which produces stiffness, swelling, and tenderness, in the joint.
