ABSTRACT
Acute promyelocytic leukemia during pregnancy is uncommon and literature on these patients' outcomes are limited. Management is highly critical because it is linked to life threatening bleeding problems. We will report 28-year-old woman with acute promyelocytic leukemia at 36 weeks of pregnancy. Our patient was treated with all-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA). At 39-week gestation, she was undergone labor and delivered by normal vaginal delivery. Healthy baby was born without obvious abnormalities. After delivery our patient continued ATRA and arsenic trioxide therapy and complete remission was
achieved.
