ABSTRACT

Since the earliest times, all human societies have developed their own body of belief and practices which aim to promote and maintain health and cope with disease.[1] The lessons thus gained by experiences crystallized into empirical knowledge. Whatever development has taken in this field, up-to 17th century WHO ranks migraine among the world`s most disabled medical illness.[2]
