ABSTRACT
Flat foot also called pes planus, refer to condition in which medial longitudinal arch is missing change in foot structure. Corrective exercise is based on maintaining posture, balance, stability. Theraband exercise is used to increase muscle strength, ROM, progressive resistance. The aim of the study is to compare the effects of corrective exercise and theraband exercise among flexible flat foot. Total 30 samples with 6 weeks duration was taken for experimental study, group A (corrective exercise) and group B (theraband exercise) age
criteria of 7-14years are included. Plantar arch index used as outcome measure. As a result of group A (corrective exercise) p values of left leg 0.0001 and right leg 0.0001.group B (theraband exercise) p values of left leg 0.0031 and right leg 0.0001.In this study, group A corrective exercise shows significant improvement than group B theraband exercise.
