ABSTRACT

Graphene Quantum Dots are used as a carrier for the cancer therapy and directly deliver the drug into the cancer tissues. By using quantum dots we can enhance the efficiency of chemotherapy. Quantum dots are available in different types. So their preparation methods also different. There are Graphene Quantum Dots, Carbon Dots, silicon Quantum Dots are available. In this review article, the different methods of development of Graphene Quantum Dots are described.
