Abstract

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION BACTERIOPHAGES OF PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA CAUSED WOUND AND BURN INFECTIONS AND STUDY OF ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECTIVE

ABSTRACT

This study has done in Baquba Hospital Teaching (BHT) and University of Diyala college of science, starting from Sep 2017 to May 2018. Have been include isolation and identification of specific phages for P. aeruginosa and isolation of P. aeruginosa from wound and Burn infection and have been studied Antimicrobial effects for phages of P. aeruginosa in vivo and Invitro. phages solution that used with Electron microscope Have two Viral Families are Siphoviridae and Podoviridae. Sensitivity tests have been done for 11 antibiotic using Kirby – Bauer Method Results showed that isolation have been shown high resistance with 100% for Amoxicillin Clavulanic acid, Cephalothin, Cefpodoxime Antibiotic. While showed Low resistance with (0%) for Imipenem. At last results showed that 45% of our study have been sensitive for phages in vitro While have been very active Invivo with 70% against P. aeruginosa.
