ABSTRACT

WHO lists life style diseases as the number one silent killer group in presentera. Life style disorders are associated with our environment, way of life, dietary habits etc. A global transition in the disease pattern has been observed, where the relative impact of infectious diseases is decreasing while chronic diseases like CVA and Diabetes are increasingly dominating the disease pattern. India is going to be the diabetic capital of world by the year 2035.Regular Practices of Asana & pranayama not only play an important role in prevention of Diabetes but also help in the management of disease without any medication.
