SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF 1, 3, 4- THIADIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

ABSTRACT

A new series of novel derivatives of 1, 3, 4- thiadiazole were synthesized. These derivatives were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral analysis. The derivatives were screened for anti-inflammatory activity. The derivatives exhibited significant to moderate anti-inflammatory activity.
