Abstract

DETECTION AND DETERMINATION OF FE AND MN FROM TEA SAMPLES USING DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES

ABSTRACT

In India Tea is an integral part of human life, it contains some essential elements which are beneficial for human health, like Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn). In the present investigation, identification of Fe and Mn is done by qualitative analysis method. Iron (Fe) estimation carried by volumetric method for two tea samples and Mn estimation has been done by spectrophotometric method for four samples and amount is presented in tabular and graphical form.
