Abstract

SYNTHESIS AND PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF 1, 2, 3 TRIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

ABSTRACT

A series of 1, 2, 3 triazole and its derivatives have been designed, synthesized, and demonstrated its biological activities. It remains one of the most commonly studied heterocyclic compounds due to its wide range of pharmacological activities such as antitumor, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antitubercular activities. Several methods have been reported for the synthesis of 1, 2, 3 triazole derivatives. The present review focuses on different methods for the synthesis of 1, 2, 3 triazole derivatives with its potential activities.
