POTENTIOMETRIC STUDY OF VITAMIN C COMPLEXES WITH TRANSITION METAL IONS V (II), CR (II) AND FE (III)

ABSTRACT
The stability constants of Vitamin C complexes with transition metal ions V(II), Cr(II) and Fe(III) were determined pH metrically at temperature 298K in aqueous medium and an ionic strength 0.1M, 0.3M and 0.6M NaClO4. The effect of ionic strength on stability constants of Vitamin C and metals have been studied.
