STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF POLYMER STRUCTURAL COMPOSITION OF MATRIX TRANSDERMIC THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM WITH THIAMAZOLE

ABSTRACT
That is the main purpose of this article is evaluation of structural and
mechanical properties of polymer matrix for creations of transdermal
therapeutic system with thiamazole. The structural-mechanical analysis
of prospective polymer structural composition of matrix transdermic
therapeutic system was conducted. It was proved that according to its
elastic-plastic-viscosity properties polymer structural composition
refers to the first structural-mechanical type. And insertion of
plasticizers and solvents significantly influences the physical and
chemical mechanics of polymer structural composition, transferring it
from the first to zero structural-mechanical type.
